Details of Meeting
Many people have already bought the plots, and they are raising questions about development. Many people asked if we bought the plots many years back, but society is not allotting plots, so when will development work start and plots be developed? In this regard, society has announced that 90-95% of land is clear in C block. They will install the boundary wall soon.
Society claims in the meeting that their 2700 plots are in possession now, and 1000 + homes are being constructed in the residence. For the clearance of land, society buys more pockets, which means more land in a large amount. Two thousand three hundred plots are facing litigation issues. Society is trying to clear those plots. Otherwise, they will adjust or shift these plots soon. Many unclear AA block and P block plots are now shifted in F Executive.
Development work started in B block a few days ago but is on stay because of legal problems. Society claims in the meeting that they cleared 90% of the land in this block. Society is introducing and giving five marla new plots to the developers who agreed with society that they will do development in these plots. Society will reduce the budget problems in this way.
Society has announced the deadline for development work. Society claims that they have streamlined all the matters and started fulfilling all commitments in V block, and 90% of legal issues have also been resolved. V, K, and C block development will also be completed in December. Moreover, P block, AA block, T block, S block, and L block issues were also discussed in the meeting.
The society also made an announcement regarding converted and four files. Society has announced that they will finalize it in 1.5 years, and they will open the transfer in 1.5 years as well. Society will conduct balloting and clear the land soon in this regard.
Lake is also under development in Gulberg GreenIslamabad. Its main advantage is that society will provide water from this lake to all residents of the society. So, the major problem of society, water, will be resolved soon.
Development activities are continuing at high speed in this lake. Four billion PKR will be spent on this lake in 1700 kanal. Society has already announced the heliport on the C block before Riphah University.
The meeting also discussed the issue of schools, parks, and mosques in Gulberg Green. Allied school, Dar e Arqam school will be opened soon in residencia which are very reasonable. Society is shifting its head office to Residential as well.
Society has taken action on data leakage from society. They have issued warning letters to the concerned officers. Instructions regarding the security of the residence have also been issued to the security supervisor.
Many mishaps have been reported before regarding security, but now society has taken notice and action. Regarding the fraud cases, society has announced that they will blocklist the developer or the person involved in fraudulent activities and ban the dealing with that developer.
